The way we work

One step at a time, always.

No firehose of tasks. Just a calm, ordered path you can follow at your own pace.

01

A calm first conversation

You tell us, in your own words, what feels heavy. We listen properly before suggesting anything.

02

We map the small steps

Together we turn the big thing into a short, ordered list. Nothing on it should feel overwhelming.

03

You take one step

Just one, with support if you want it. Momentum comes from finishing something small, not everything at once.

04

We adjust and continue

We check what worked, soften what did not, and keep going at a pace that suits your life.

Good to know

Questions people ask before they begin.

Do I need a diagnosis to talk to you about a disability card?
Not to start a conversation. We can help you understand the eligibility criteria, what a formal assessment involves, and what documents you would need before you commit to anything.
How long do the self-awareness practices take?
Most are under a minute. The whole point is that they fit into an ordinary day, like a breath check while the kettle boils, rather than asking you to carve out an hour you do not have.
Is this therapy?
No. We offer warm, practical guidance and clear information. For trauma or clinical needs we will gladly point you toward a qualified therapist, and our practices sit comfortably alongside that work.
What does it cost to get started?
The first conversation is free and there is no pressure. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit before anything else.
