Saorsa.

Our studio

A thoughtful guidebook, with people behind it.

Saorsa Studio is a small wellbeing and access studio. We exist to make the heavy, intimidating things in life feel ordinary and doable again.

People sitting calmly in a circle outdoors, practising mindfulness in soft natural light.

We started with a simple frustration: the things that matter most are often the most stressful to face alone.

A disability card application that reads like a trap. A wish to understand yourself better that never quite turns into a habit. These are not small things, and being handed a wall of tasks rarely helps.

So Saorsa Studio works differently. We break big things into small ones, explain each step in plain language, and stay alongside you while you take them. The tone is warm and quietly competent. The goal is always the same: you leave with less stress than you arrived with.

What we stand for

Four values that shape every word and choice.

Warmth first

We meet people where they are. No jargon, no judgement, no making anyone feel behind.

Plain language

If it cannot be said clearly, we keep working until it can. The answer comes first, always.

Calm pacing

One step at a time. We would rather you do one small thing well than feel buried by ten.

Access for all

Accessibility shapes every choice we make, from our words to our colours to our type.

The people

A small team you will actually speak to.

No call centres, no being passed around. The person who reads your message is the person who helps.

Imogen Rade

Founder, practitioner

Imogen built Saorsa after years of helping people through paperwork that felt designed to defeat them. She believes calm is a skill anyone can learn.

Tobias Fenwick

Access and applications

Tobias knows the disability card process inside out and explains it like a patient friend. He gathers the documents so you do not have to panic.

Noor Salim

Reflection and practice

Noor designs the small self-awareness practices clients actually keep up. Tiny habits, real change, zero pressure.
